A life coach will help you clarify and achieve personal goals, be they connected with work, relationships, money, lifestyle, diet, creativity, parenting or self-confidence. They will help you recognise your skills, encourage you to overcome obstacles and work with you to develop action plans. Life coaching sessions can take place in person, on the phone or via video, and typically last a few months depending on what changes you want to bring about.
