Stress is endemic in our current society and often caused by factors in the workplace such as conflict, too much work, inadequate resourcing and long hours. In addition, mind techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and hypnotherapy can equip you with creative ways to respond to stressful situations.
