Chris Brown

Offering Life Coaching with a focus on spiritual growth and development

Chris works with people who feel disconnected from themselves or sense something is missing deep within, even if life looks ‘okay’ on the surface. Increasingly, people sense that something is ‘off’ or that they’ve drifted away from a deeper, authentic part of themselves. This part is still there; it has just been covered over by life, by roles, expectations, stress, and all the noise that comes with living in the world today.

His approach to life coaching is, therefore, spiritual by nature but gentle in approach. Always grounded in real life and practical methods, it is not about fixing people or striving to achieve something in the usual external sense. Instead, it’s about helping people remember who they truly are, beneath the surface, beneath all the layers they heap on themselves in their lives. It’s about people reconnecting with themselves again, recognising where they have genuine control and learning to live with greater peace, clarity and freedom.

Offering a calm and reflective space where people can slow down, Chris helps people to hear themselves think again and begin to reconnect with what truly matters to them. If it is helpful, he will offer ideas, perspectives and approaches he has gained over the past 25 years of his own spiritual journey.

To Chris, spirituality relates to the part of a person’s inner world that is connected to a deeper sense and understanding of who they are beyond the physical. For different individuals, this connection could be to a higher power, to others, to a spiritual self, or to the divine. He draws from a broad spiritual background of personal development, present-moment awareness, meditation and mindfulness, emotional intelligence, the law of attraction, reality jumping, forgiveness practices, and traditional coaching methods and approaches, including NLP.

Chris is a qualified coach and coach supervisor certified by the Institute of Leadership and Management at level 7, and he is a member of the Association for Coaching.
