Offering developmental coaching
Jane brings to her practice a Master’s degree in Coaching, Certificates in Applied Therapeutic Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Intelligence and a PGC in Leadership Psychology. She has had a long career in the public and voluntary sector working on multidisciplinary partnerships, leading teams working with vulnerable adults and children. I have written and delivered countless training courses.
Jane offers 1:1 developmental coaching sessions on a range of issues that impact your life. These might include confidence, anxiety, relationships, work-life balance, change and body image. Developmental coaching offers a different dimension to performance coaching in that it explores the drivers for behaviors, thought processes and decisions. These might include beliefs, values, perspectives and experiences.
The sessions usually last for 1 hour. These can either be online or face to face (dependent on current government guidance). Online sessions can work equally as well as face-to-face sessions and are convenient.
Jane also offers a 6-week holistic course supporting weight loss, fitness and mental health that helps to make a confident, healthy and balanced life possible. Each week focuses on a different aspect of being a Healthy Human©.
Jane says has experienced raising children alone, inequality in the workplace and society, the imposter syndrome, campaigning on green issues, trauma and mental health difficulties. Through these personal experiences, she has learned the importance of overcoming the expectations of others so she/we can be the people we want to be. Growing up in London she found herself surrounded by many people and cultures, it was fascinating. Her interest in people hasn’t diminished and so says that it isn’t a surprise that she was so attracted to coaching therapy.
