Our current challenges and our way of thinking about them can cause our feelings and emotions to seem stuck and worrisome.

Qigong is a wonderful and gentle way to recognise and release negativity from our body and mind leaving us feeling lighter, more relaxed and even joyful.

For the first part of this guided session, you will begin with a simple breathing exercise, connecting your breath to relaxation. Then follow along with 18 movements of the Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong set.

This set is praised for its accessibility and is highly popular around the world with both beginners and more advanced students.

Max Watkins has been practising qigong since the mid-90s and teaching at The Isbourne since 2011.

Booking a place for these sessions will close at 4.30pm on the day before so if you wish to attend please register before then.
