Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise that promotes mobility and balance through deep breathing and following a sequence of flowing movements. It originated as a martial art in China, and can be practiced by people of all ages and levels of fitness. There are different styles of Tai Chi such as Wu, Chen and Wang, each using a different speed of movement or time spent holding a particular pose.
