Neuro-Linguistic Programming uses the connections between mind (neuro), language (linguistics), the body and behaviour (programming) to bring about positive personal change, success and fulfilment. It was developed in the 1970s by American linguists John Grinder and Richard Bandler, and employs many different techniques gathered from such fields as gestalt therapy, hypnotherapy and applied psychology. NLP can help you quickly overcome obstacles such as anxiety, fears and phobias as well as enhance confidence and communication skills and help to develop a positive mindset. Learning NLP can be fun, with an emphasis on personal experience and playful group interaction.
