Breathwork is an accessible, mindful health practice. It is a simple yet powerful tool that can help you manage stress, anxiety, anger, and other emotional challenges. There are a variety of conscious breathwork techniques and practices to explore, with the core elements being a calm, meditative state in which you intentionally controlling your breath. This deliberate action to slow down, relax, and focusing on your breathing helps to calm both body and mind.

Conscious breathwork has been widely recognized for its positive impact on mental health and is already an important part of mindfulness and meditation for this reason. Once you have learned the techniques, it can be utilised anywhere, anytime, to bring peace to the mind and body. One great advantage of the technique is that it can be done standing up, sitting in a supportive chair or lying on a bed or yoga mat on the floor.
