Through soft physical releases, mindful breath, emotional unwinding, and subtle activation of the energy channels, you are slowly guided back home to yourself. Once the body, mind, and heart are open and relaxed, we enter a deep guided meditation where you can fully surrender, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and experience profound peace.
This would most benifit adults who feel called to rest, reset, and reconnect with their inner truth. For those who give a lot, feel deeply, or simply need a sacred space where they can breathe again. Perfect for anyone on a healing, spiritual, or self-discovery journey — beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
You will learn how to soften the layers that keep you tense or overwhelmed — physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. You’ll experience gentle practices that open your energy flow, help you regulate your inner world, and allow you to slip naturally into a deeper meditative state.
This session offers a nurturing, energetically held space where you can release what isn’t yours, reconnect with your light, and return to balance. Minimum age 18 years old.
For this workshop, you will need to bring your own:
- Water bottle
- Yoga matt and pillow/cushion
- A blanket/throw (Anything that helps you feel comfortable and held — a blanket, warm layers, or your favourite cosy item)
Drop-ins can not be accommodated at this time so please book in advance. To attend for free, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.
