FREE: FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (MANTRA MEDITATIONS)

You are warmly invited to a morning of simple, calming mantra meditations. These are not spoken out loud but said internally on the in and out breath using simple words and phrases to bring your attention to the present moment.

Based on the mantras devised by Thich Nhat Hanh, they can be used in a formal meditation practice or used in part anywhere – driving the car, standing in a queue at the supermarket or when you need to ground yourself when the mind chatter becomes too challenging.

These mantras will be guided by an experienced tutor, and you will be given a worksheet to take home with you to practice and use as you wish.

Each mantra is short, easily accessible, and beautifully calming.

This session takes place on Thursday 2nd July 2026.

They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational.
