Join affiliated tutor Sam Merron, a breathwork, yoga, meditation and reiki practitioner, for a gentle introduction to simple breathing techniques designed to help you feel calmer, more centered and better equipped to manage life's challenges.
Together, we will explore:
• Easy breathing and grounding exercises that you can use in everyday life
• Gentle techniques to help release tension and encourage relaxation
• A guided seated meditation focused on the breath
This relaxed and welcoming session is suitable for everyone, whether you are completely new to breathwork or looking for new ways to support your wellbeing.
Walk away feeling refreshed and more connected to yourself, with practical tools to help you find calm and balance when you need it most.
This session takes place on Thursday 6th August 2026.

These sessions are part of our Community Wellbeing series, designed to support your physical and mental health. They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational.
