FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (AUTUMN MINDFUL WALK)

Autumn Mindful Walk is part of The Isbourne's Community Wellbeing programme and monthly drop-in session FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (FGT). This is an opportunity to expereince a variety of wellbeing activities, connect with others and have a cuppa! 

Come and join Suzanne on a short mindfulness walk from the Isbourne Centre around Imperial Gardens. This is an opportunity to come and wander, use all your senses and notice the autumn beauty in the gardens. Nature can teach us so much and autumn is one of change and letting go, getting ready to slow down. 

The walk will begin with a guided meditation, with time for refreshments afterwards. Suzanne has delivered several mindfulness sessions for the Community Wellbeing programme and loves being part of it, she hopes to see you there. 

Everyone is welcome - no previous experience is neccessary. 

These sessions are part of our Community Wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health. They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational. If you do not wish to donate, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.
