FREE: FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (MINDFUL SPRING WALK)

Suzanne Thomas

Shake off winter’s hibernation and join Suzanne for a Mindful Spring Walk, where nature’s gentle awakening invites you to breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself.

Think of it as hitting the refresh button, but with birds, blossom, flowers and no screens!

We’ll wander from The Isbourne through the local gardens, pausing to see whatever is blooming, and practice noticing the little wonders that we often miss.

Expect smiles, deep breaths, some gentle movement, a few poems and plenty of feel-good spring air.

This little peaceful walk offers a chance to clear your mind, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of aliveness and fun amid the beauty of spring.

And of course, sharing experiences with others and building community is all part of the Isbourne Feel Good Thursdays, so we hope you will join us for coffee and biscuits after.

Suzanne has delivered several mindfulness sessions for the Community Wellbeing Programme and loves being part of it.

This session is part of The Isbourne’s Community Wellbeing Programme - Feel Good Thursdays (FGT). It’s a chance to enjoy a range of wellbeing activities, connect with others, and relax with a cuppa!

Everyone is welcome - no previous experience is neccessary.
