The Art of Me Time: Intuitive Collage Making
Join Emma Parkinson and welcome a mindful creative pause—your space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with what inspires you. In these collage workshops, you will be invited to gather, rip, arrange, and stick as a way to explore what truly makes you tick: your dreams, your goals, and the parts of yourself that deserve to be seen.
This is creativity with intention, held in a relaxed, supportive setting that offers you the “me time” you’ve been craving. Let your intuition lead, enjoy the tactile pleasure of making, and discover new insights as your collage takes shape. This is your moment to create, reflect, and simply be.
Community Wellbeing Programme (CWP) 2026
