FREE: FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (FEEL-GOOD MOVEMENT)

This Feel-Good Movement workshop is a joyful, energizing session designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies, lift their spirits, and rediscover the power of simple movement. Through guided exercises, playful activities, and gentle mindfulness practices, this workshop creates a space where everyone can move freely, breathe deeply, and feel genuinely good—inside and out.

This session is part of The Isbourne’s Community Wellbeing Programme - Feel Good Thursdays (FGT). It’s a chance to enjoy a range of wellbeing activities, connect with others, and relax with a cuppa!

Everyone is welcome - no previous experience is neccessary.

These sessions are part of our Community Wellbeing series, designed to support your physical and mental health. They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational.
