Lauren is a Usui Reiki practitioner and Indian Head Massage therapist, offering relaxation and healing for the mind, body and soul.

She holds a number of professional Reiki qualifications from the London Reiki Academy and is a member of the UK Reiki Federation. She obtained her Indian Head Massage qualification from the Guild of Holistic Therapists.

Lauren is committed to providing her clients with a dedicated service, and therapy sessions suited to their own personal needs, ensuring that they leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and nourished.

Reiki is a simple, natural energy healing technique promoting relaxation and physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. A Reiki treatment involves the practitioner gently placing their hands in a sequence of positions on the body.

Indian Head Massage can be a deeply relaxing or invigorating holistic treatment that aims to rebalance the body’s energies. It uses acupressure massage to release stress and muscle tension that has accumulated in the head, face, neck and shoulders.

Both Reiki and Indian Head Massage are administered with the client fully clothed, either seated or lying down.
