YOGA FOR ALL WITH JAY - THE YOGA GLOW

Jay Foo

Yoga for All is a welcoming class designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and find a sense of calm amidst the busyness of everyday life.

Classes combine breath-led movement with thoughtful sequencing to develop balance, mobility, body awareness, and overall wellbeing. Beginners are warmly welcomed and will be supported throughout, while more experienced yogis will be offered options and challenges to deepen their practice.

There is no need to be flexible or experienced to join. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

You'll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to yourself, having enjoyed a well-rounded practice for both body and mind.

About Jay:
Jay is an award-winning yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching adults, children, and families. As well as regular yoga classes and retreats, she delivers children's yoga in schools and nurseries, and runs family yoga sessions designed to bring connection, movement, mindfulness, and fun to all ages.

Her teaching style is warm, welcoming, and accessible, helping students feel at ease from the moment they step onto the mat. Today, her Yoga for All classes focus on strength, balance, and creative exploration, while her Sunday Yin Yoga workshops offer space to slow down, reset, and deeply relax.

Her mission is simple: to help you slow down, find ease, and glow from within.

Beyond her regular classes, Jay runs The Little Yoga Glow Kids Yoga Teacher Training and leads nourishing retreats in the UK and abroad.

Jay's class is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Beginners will be supported with clear guidance and modifications, while those with an established practice will be offered options to deepen and challenge themselves.

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust. This price is limited to one per transaction.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
