FREE INTRODUCTORY TALK - BACH FLOWER REMEDIES FOR STRESS

Pauline Wickens

The Bach Flower Remedies were discovered by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930’s. These natural flower essences are gentle, safe, and simple to learn and use. They provide emotional support, gently restoring emotional balance and wellbeing.

This event is for all adults interested in a holistic approach to health and who would like to learn a simple, self-help system of healing to manage the emotional demands of their everyday lives.

Pauline will introduce participants to the philosophy of Dr Bach, the 38 remedies and their emotional states. You will learn how to use the remedies in everyday situations which cause you stress.

This is an opportunity to explore how natural plant essences can help you gently restore a sense of balance and harmony in your life.
