Join Kelly and Sunny for a deeply nurturing retreat devoted to awakening, balancing and healing the manipura chakra, also known as the solar plexus chakra; the centre of personal power, confidence, self-esteem, inner strength and transformation.
This chakra connects with the fire element and creates heat into vital energy for transformation.
Sunny will guide you with her knowledge through movements, breath and sound towards the healing and alignment of the manipura chakra with its bija mantra that will bring balance to stoke or soothe your inner fire.
Kelly will offer crystal healing practices, sacred geometry wisdom and a channelled healing meditation.
Together, these practices will create a powerful and compassionate space to release what has been holding you back, boost self-esteem, reconnect with your inner fire and move forward with greater clarity, courage and self-belief.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any props, such as pillows and blankets to keep warm for the duration of the practice. There are mats available but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you wish.
