CELEBRATE 30 YEARS WITH THE ISBOURNE: INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

To celebrate The Isbourne's 30th anniversary join Alison for a brief introduction to mindfulness and how it can help you be more at ease with yourself and respond flexibly to life's challenges. The session will include several guided meditations. 

All practices will be done seated, but if you would like to lie down you can bring a yoga mat, blanket & cushion.

All sessions which are part of The Isbourne's 30th anniversary celebration are free to attend so please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box when booking your place. However if you would like to make a donation then please feel free to do so.
