Sarah Bennett
Offering The Art of Jin Shin, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Reflexology, Intuitive Healing and bespoke wellbeing sessions.
After many rewarding years as a teacher, Sarah stepped away from the classroom to follow her passion for helping people of all ages create positive change in their lives. Becoming a mum to three wonderful sons has been one of her greatest privileges and has given her a deep understanding of children, parents, families and the challenges people experience throughout life.
Sarah’s own healing journey has also shaped her path into wellbeing. The support and therapies she received during a period of ill health helped her restore balance and return to a fulfilling life. This experience inspired her passion for empowering others to reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them and move forward with confidence.
Sarah believes that stress often lies at the root of many physical and emotional challenges. Stress creates tension within the body, and over time this can contribute to pain, fatigue, overwhelm and feeling disconnected from ourselves. Her aim is to provide a safe, nurturing space where people can pause, reset and begin creating the healthier, happier life they deserve.
Inspired by Wayne Dyer’s words, “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change,” Sarah believes that transformation begins when we recognise that something in our lives is no longer as we hoped it would be. From that moment, positive change becomes possible.
The Art of Jin Shin
A particular passion of Sarah’s is The Art of Jin Shin - an ancient Japanese healing art often described as acupuncture without needles.
Using gentle touch on specific points and energy pathways throughout the body, Jin Shin encourages relaxation, balance and harmony within the body and mind. It supports the release of stress and tension, helping the body reconnect with its natural ability to regulate and restore.
Clients may seek support for stress, anxiety, tension, sleep difficulties, hormonal imbalance, emotional overwhelm, fatigue or simply to improve their overall wellbeing. Many clients describe Jin Shin sessions as deeply calming and restorative, leaving them feeling more balanced, peaceful and connected.
