WELCOMING AUTUMN: A JOURNEY OF RETURN, REFLECTION, AND INNER HEALING
Karina Smith-Reyes
A Kabbalistic Journey into Self-Love & Seasonal Healing
As autumn arrives and nature turns inwards, we’re invited to pause, soften, and come home to ourselves.
Welcoming Autumn is a 90 minute soul nourishing workshop that blends the wisdom of ancient mysticism with modern self care. Through reflective journaling, a simple yet sacred ritual, and guided practices, we will explore the art of letting go, reconnect with our inner light, and align with the natural rhythms of the season.
Inspired by the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, this experience is designed to gently support emotional release, spiritual renewal, and deep inner calm.
Whether you’re feeling overstretched, in transition, or simply seeking space to breathe—you are warmly welcomed here.
What you’ll receive:
- A guided candle ritual for emotional release and inner renewal
- Soulful journaling prompts inspired by the Tree of Life
- A beautiful seasonal self-care gift (physical or digital)
Why you’ll love attending:
- You’ll create space to gently release what no longer serves you
- You’ll reconnect with your own wisdom, compassion, and clarity
- You’ll leave feeling grounded, nurtured, and spiritually replenished

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:
Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust. This price is limited to one per transaction.Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.
You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
