The Middle East, and particularly Turkey, is a favoured travel and eating destination for me. So, I am delighted to bring some of that vibrancy to this month’s pop-up lunch table. Expect rainbow coloured plates and bold flavours. 

All dishes are designed to share if you are with company! So order a bit of everything.

Börek Parcels – Crispy filo parcels, filled with courgette, onion, garlic, dill, and our own almond-’feta’  Allergens: wheat flour and nuts (almonds)
