A FREE PRACTICAL WORKSHOP FOR PERSONAL CHANGE

Hettie Peplow

In this free workshop Hettie will be sharing three key principles of the Essence TM Coaching approach that can help you make the changes you want to see in your life. Through simple experiential exercises and practical coaching tools, you will explore how these principles can be applied in everyday life.

This workshop offers an opportunity to experience the approach for yourself. Together you will explore why change can feel difficult, what gets in the way, and how we can work with those challenges more effectively. There will be time for reflection, discussion and practical exploration.

The workshop will be relaxed, supportive and gentle - offering an accessible first step towards making meaningful change.

This workshop may be for you if you:

  • Feel stuck in your life and unsure how to move forward
  • Find yourself frustrated about the difficulty of making change
  • Want to understand why change can be so challenging
  • Are curious about how coaching can support personal growth and change
  • Would like support in changing a daily habit, a pattern of thinking, how you are feel, your communication or your relationships.

At the end of the workshop you will have: a deeper understanding of how our inner worlds influences change; insight into common obstacles to making change; practical tools and simple techniques you can begin using in everyday life, and a clearer sense of how EssenceTM Coaching can support you in creating lasting change.
