A healthy breakfast provides the body with fuel after an overnight fast, empowering us to work our best. Nutritionally one of the most controversial meals; we will aim to answer the questions surrounding what it means to have a healthy breakfast and whether you are setting yourself up for failure by opting to skip it. This session can be offered early in the day to coincide with an office breakfast. Come and learn to create quick and healthy breakfasts- and eat what you make!
