We all know that laughing makes us feel better but did you know that it's proven to help manage stress, increase productivity and resilience, it actually boosts the immune system and increases happiness! Laughter really is the best medicine!

A laughter yoga session involves some gentle breathing techniques, laughter exercises and a relaxation exercise at the end. No leotards or yoga mats are required and sessions can be done seated or in large groups.
