People are often afraid or resistant to change in the workplace. Staff often report no longer feeling safe at work and fearing what their future might hold if too much change is implemented suddenly. This leads to poor mental and physical health, increase in sickness and reduction in productivity. This session will help build resilience with your staff, helping them to understand why they feel the way they do and what they can do in order to manage their feelings and build up a resilience towards challenging or negative situations. They will be able to consider change from a whole new perspective, learning tools and techniques that can help them overcome fear and anxiety and embrace changes with openness and positivity.

Key benefits for staff:

  • Reduction in fear, stress and anxiety around organisational change
  • Increased confidence
  • Increased resilience for coping with change
  • Increased resilience for coping with challenges and conflicts within the workplace and at home
