Offering Massage Therapy and Exercise Coaching
Magdalena obtained her initial massage qualifications at Gloucestershire College, has studied BSc Psychology at The Open University, worked with individuals suffering from PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and other conditions through Samaritans and received Beyond Trauma training from Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork. She believes strongly that the early development of a healthy wellness routine can have a very powerful impact on people, improving their quality of life both now and as they grow older.
Magdalena offers her clients a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Indian Head Massage, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Massage), and Hot Stone Massage. She can tailor your treatment to suit your individual needs: to ease pain, reduce stress and rejuvenate your mind and body holistically.
Magdalena has both experience and a special interest in working with people who suffer anxiety and PTSD, which has been influenced by her charity work with Samaritans.
Together with additional training including her degree in Psychology, Magdalena can support individuals in rebalancing a hyper-aroused autonomic nervous system and to process, manage memories, or live with a trauma history without being overwhelmed or becoming re-traumatised.
Magdalena strongly believes that, through her work, she is able to provide life-improving treatments for her clients.
