Lisa Harford

Offering psychodynamic counselling.

Lisa offers psychodynamic counselling providing a safe environment to be heard and listened to and to explore the roots of clients’ thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental empathetic way. She has a particular interest in how bereavement grief and loss impact upon a client's well-being.
Lisa also believes that growth comes from having the courage and support to look at the roots of present difficulties and, in doing so, free oneself from the past.

She gained a diploma in psychodynamic counselling with Gloucestershire counselling services in 2019, one of the leading service providers in the county. She is a registered member of BACP and continues to work within their guidelines, completing her prescribed CPD hours annually.

Typically sessions last 50 minutes per week at a regular time agreed with the client and are open-ended.
