Using a combination of specific yogic practices such as breath work, movement, relaxation and meditation. Yoga therapy offers simple effective ways to address and help alleviate mental and physical health conditions, restoring wholeness and balance to our health and wellbeing.

Karan is a fully qualified yoga therapist, accredited by the British Council of Yoga Therapy (BCYT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural HealthCare Council (CNHC). Since qualifying Karan has completed additional training in Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness for Post-trauma Stress Disorder (PTSD) with Heather Mason of the Minded Institute; Yoga Therapy for Digestive Health with Charlotte Watts and attended CPD training with Dr Timothy McCall, author of Yoga as Medicine.

Obtaining yoga and meditation teacher training diplomas at the International School of Dru Yoga. Karan offers 1-2-1 person focused yoga therapy; as well as therapeutic yoga and meditation group classes for healthy backs, anxiety-relief and stress management - and facilitates nature therapy walks in small groups combining mindfulness, yoga and meditation.
