Offering 'Guided Visualization' Sessions

Jane originally trained at the Slade school of Art, gaining a Diploma in Fine Art Painting & Drawing. She has since trained as an Art teacher, teaching in Uganda and the UK in further education and Secondary Schools. She has since trained as an Art Psychotherapist, working as such for the NHS in mental health, Social Services and also privately.

With a Diploma in Art Therapy, and is a trained counsellor. Jane combines her knowledge and creativity in offering ‘Guided Visualisation’ which involve first a period of relaxation, leading to the guided visualisation, involving a walk outside, meeting the inner guide, greeting and receiving a gift, asking a question and is followed by a creative drawing session on your return.

As an artist in her own right she exhibits widely in London, Bristol and Cornwall as well as being a member of ‘Four Abstract Artists’ and ‘Cheltenham Group of Artists’.
