Crystal Skulls

A handful of allegedly ancient Mayan and Aztec skulls made of a smoky or transparent quartz-like rock surfaced in the 19th Century, but their true origins remain shrouded in mystery and controversy. Some claim they are not man-made but are the crystallised thought-forms of advanced beings, whilst according to myths from several different cultures they are repositories of vast knowledge which will only be available when the '13 skulls' are discovered and brought together in one place.
