YOGA TO RELIEVE STRESS AND ANXIETY

Are you feeling stressed, sad or anxious? This four-week course is designed to help you develop a sense of emotional resilience when faced with difficult emotions. You will learn practical tools and skills to take away with you with the aim of living a happy healthier life.
Using the techniques of restorative yoga practice, breathing exercises for anxiety and stress, and the healing that comes from being in nature; you will learn how to create space for inner peace and calm in both the mind and body. This course will offer you a new direction on how to navigate life in a more balanced way.
This is a Quality Mark course from our awarding body AIM Qualifications. No previous experience is necessary. Yoga mats will be provided on the day or you may wish to bring your own. Each session will include 1hr tutor-led time followed by 30 minutes for tea, coffee and chat.
