When information overloads us, we need a reset. Yoga Nidra is a great way to do just that. Through this online practice you will be able to quieten the mind, relax and find a place of clarity and peace.
In this complete Yoga Nidra practice you’ll start with a few simple, gentle postures to awaken the body, before lying down comfortably for a guided relaxation. Move through the layers of the subtle body (Physical, Energetic, Mental, Intuitive, and Bliss) as well as the states of consciousness to invite in the deepest level of peace and tranquillity.
Yoga Nidra is both a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation that often brings immediate physical benefits, such as reduced stress and better sleep, plus it has the potential to heal psychological wounds.
