There are no two ways about it, we haven’t been taught how to cope in a global pandemic. We find ourselves forever changing and managing our lives in ways quite unknown to us before this year and it can feel stressful, overwhelming and sometimes very hard to cope.
This 2 hour session provides an opportunity to rediscover your calm and peace of mind that was prevalent before the pandemic. You will be given the opportunity to help rebalance your body and mind so that you feel rejuvenated and uplifted. Taking time out to identify where the source of the stress is coming from will help you to identify a calmer way of being. Join Alison in what will be a gentle journey towards peaceful thinking.
Booking a place for this event will close 2 hours before it is due to start so if you wish to attend please register before 9.00am on 18th June.
