The Menopause process is often not well understood or supported. Ruth Henderson-Cash wants to change that.
During this course, we delve into the biological changes that happen during menopause, along with the myriad of symptoms that occur; from physical to mental and emotional. We will use the framework of the Kosha energy model during the session, don't worry if you are unfamiliar as it will be explained. There will also be time to ask questions and share experiences, as well as laughter!
Together we will explore yoga tools to support all phases- before, during and after menopause. We cover advanced preparations to smooth the transition, support for symptoms, and suggestions to maintain well being.
At the end of the course, you will have a clear understanding of this time of transition and a toolkit to support you now and into the future. This session is suitable for anyone who is preparing to go through, or currently going through menopause
