Learn to reduce anxiety around driving and test day nerves using a Mindfulness-based approach. This course offers Mindfulness and Compassion for Drivers by an experienced and highly qualified Driving Instructor with 18 years of experience and MindfulnessUK Trained Teacher.

Scientific studies have shown Mindfulness can reduce anxiety and provide new ways to cope with stress by changing the structure of the brain (neuroplasticity) when practiced regularly.

Due to the success of this course being delivered to Approved Driving Instructors located throughout the UK, we wanted to now make it available to help support learner drivers and full licence holders.

There is a short assessment to safeguard participants and to ensure that a Mindfulness course is appropriate for their individual needs. So once you have booked your place, your contact details will be passed to the tutor and you will be contacted to complete the short assessment.
