Please join Kathryn for a restful mindfulness meditation at lunchtime to settle your mind and body. This simple but effective observation and awareness meditation will make an excellent start to the week as you navigate the challenges of this second lockdown.
The meditation will be guided and beginners and those with more experience are most welcome.
