ONLINE: HOW UNDERSTANDING YOUR CHAKRAS CAN IMPROVE YOUR WELLBEING

Chakras are energy centres within the human body that help to regulate all its processes. Seven chakras are positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.

Because energy (known as ki, chi or prana) moves with your mind, your chakras are also activated according to what you focus on and what you bring into existence with your thoughts, the words you speak and the actions you take. When too little or too much energy flows through your chakras because they are imbalanced, blocked or overactive, it is said that issues arise in your physical health, emotional well-being, personal relationships, and ability to succeed.

The energy that is produced when your chakras are balanced and vibrating at their unique frequencies can quite literally change your life and the way you view health and happiness.

This course will help you to understand the chakras and how they can help us to deal with the difficult aspects of life such as stress, anxiety, depression and everything in between.

On this course you will learn:

  • What chakras are, where the term comes from and how working with them can help us understand ourselves.
  • What each of the 7 chakras represent, in detail, and how to enhance our wellbeing by working with them.
  • Different chakra meditations.
  • How to honour the divine within yourself.
  • And much more!

This course is part of our free community wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health during the Coronavirus Pandemic. The courses are available to anyone who needs them, all you need is access to the internet. Once you register, the Zoom details will be emailed to you.

All of our free courses are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational. If you do not wish to donate, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.

If you have paid a set fee for the cancelled session, you will get a full refund. Donations are non-refundable.
