Within our experience of Yoga and the use of prescriptive postures, we tend to follow scripts that keep us entrenched in a certain way of thinking and moving. This is reflected in the habitual patterns within our lives. When we step out of the ‘script, we stimulate neurogenesis in our systems. New neurological pathways are created, which leads to fresh activation in our bodies and minds.

We will begin with a guided meditation to bring us into our bodies. We learn to meet ourselves with kindness, as we listen deeply to the signals from our internal networks. The movement practice is asana based, but within every moment, there is the invitation to follow that which arises from within. You will be encouraged to do things differently. Focus will be on the journey in and out of a posture and the sensations that arise, not the end result. We will be supported by an inspiring soundtrack and there will be space to explore in your own unique way through spontaneous movement before relaxing into a half-hour yoga Nidra. Deeply rest the body-mind as you integrate the physical practices and allow your awareness to be gently stimulated in nourishing ways.

Grounded in earth-based wisdom, delivered with Love and in gratitude for the creative spirit moving through us all.

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
