ONLINE: BOOST YOUR WELLBEING WITH POSITIVE TAPPING
Are you looking for a way to manage stress that is both easy and has long-lasting effects? You might want to try Tapping!
Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a holistic healing technique that has been proven to effectively resolve a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, phobias, emotional disorders, chronic pain, weight control, and limiting beliefs – just to name a few.
Tapping is based on a combination of Ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. The practice consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations. Doing this helps calm the nervous system, rewire the brain to respond in healthier ways, and restore the body’s balance of energy.
Wendy Beresford is a Modern Energy Tapping Accredited Trainer and Master Practitioner with experience working with adults and children. In this free 4 week course Wendy will teach you:
- How to use Tapping to ease your physical symptoms of stress
- The Positive Tapping Sequence and how it helps your body
