Our Mindfulness expert, believes you can become your own best friend through a series of daily practices that help build resilience and promotes inner peace.

In this free 4 week course you will learn:

  • How to practice self-compassion and soften your anxiety.
  • Ways to ground yourself when life feels too tough.
  • How to make friends with your body through mindful body scans.
  • Responding versus reacting: how to avoid panic and develop simple practises for dealing with difficult situations.

Juita began her journey with mindfulness & meditation over 5 years ago. Her interest was initially for personal consumption in an attempt to deal with her own anxiety, low moods, chronic pain and grief. She has since found that through mindfulness & meditation she is able to befriend her experiences instead of fighting them. This has made her healing and self-development practices more sustainable with a profound impact on her life.

In 2018, Juita become a trained mindfulness teacher with the Central England College and Complementary Therapy Centre in Birmingham.

Juita’s relaxed, compassionate and human approach focusses on making mindfulness and meditation easily accessible to anyone. She is passionate about breaking down the barriers and myths surrounding mindfulness & meditation; it really isn’t as exclusive, complicated or impractical as it may seem!
