Laura Pardoe

Your skin is losing moisture all the time. Understanding how your skin works and the ingredients that support its natural processes enable you to keep it supple and youthful. Learn how to use natural ingredients to make moisturising products for your face and body with Laura, the author of ‘Vital Skincare’ and founder of Field Fresh Skincare. Through demonstration and hands on experience you’ll develop a repertoire of products using locally sourced ingredients, and the ability and knowledge  to blend-it-yourself to suit your skin.

Our skin does a remarkable job, but the varied environmental and emotional challenges we face means our skin needs different support at different times. Over the two sessions you’ll learn about the different ingredients and herbs that support our skin and how to identify and respond to the skin’s different needs.

No previous experience is required and all equipment and ingredients are provided. Please bring an apron to protect your clothing as we will be handling oils and butters and do make us aware of any potential allergies or sensitivities at the time of booking. You can take home the products you make in the session to try at home in your own time.

This course can be taken stand-alone or following the ‘How to blend your own natural skincare using the herbs that grow around us’ foundation course and ‘Natural ways to cleanse and how to blend your own face cleansers’.

Participants will receive a 10% discount on the book ‘Vital Skincare’.
