Suitable for children aged 6 – 10 who are able to follow instructions and sit quietly for short periods of time.

Using fun activities and mindful practices they will learn skills which will help them to fully concentrate on whatever they are doing in the moment and feel more settled. This course will encourage self-awareness of thoughts and emotions, teaching how to “watch” them as they occur rather than immediately reacting to them.

Parents are asked to return 10 minutes before the end of the session for a brief summary of what was taught so you can continue the practice with your child at home should you both wish to.

Angela Hoskins is DBS checked so you can leave your child with confidence.
