MINDSET - BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Jo Arnold

Do you want to feel happier and more motivated? More confident in your abilities? Less stressed and better able to face life’s challenges? Self-belief affects how we think, feel and behave, shaping the course of our actions and achievements. It is important to recognize that our perception of what we are capable of, our Mindset, and sense of ‘I can’, can be a self-fulfilling prophesy:

Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you are probably right.” (Henry Ford)

Self-belief does not come easily to most of us. We put ourselves down, create barriers and avoid challenges, which can lead us to feeling stuck. The good news is that we can work on and increase our self-belief. Change is possible!

Jo warmly invites you to join this Community Wellbeing course where we will take some gentle steps towards positive change in a supportive, fun and relaxed environment. Each session will include 1hr tutor-led time followed by 30 minutes for tea, coffee and chat.

To register your place please call 01242 254321 or email Bonnie@isbourne.org

These sessions are part of our community wellbeing programme, a collection of 4-week courses and drops-ins, designed to help people living with anxiety, depression, social isolation, bereavement, trauma and any other life circumstances that are affecting their wellbeing.
