MIND AND BODY DE-STRESS CPD: 3 hours
Would you like to ease stressful tension in the body?
Living with ongoing stress without giving the body a chance to heal can have a profound effect on our health. In this workshop you’ll learn how you can free your mind and body to feel at ease without painful tension holding you back from doing the things you love. You’ll explore restorative and gentle meditative practices to experience feeling deeply peaceful and gain some immediate relief. You’ll also receive a handout of key insights and tools to practice at home.
Claire Seabrook is a Craniosacral therapist who uses mindfulness in her work to facilitate a deeper understanding of ongoing issues within the body.
All participants will receive a £10 voucher to use on any of Claire’s meditation retreats, which range from a two hour Sunday mini-retreat, a whole day silent meditation retreat or a full weekend of meditation.
