IN-HOUSE: SOUND BATH

Anna Finlay

Would you like a relaxing Sound Bath on a Saturday afternoon? It’s a great way to de stress after a busy week and is healing for your body too.

Lying on a yoga mat with a cushion for your head and a blanket to stay cosy – a Sound Bath uses voice, gongs and other instruments to send healing and relaxing vibrations through your body. Many people feel a deep sense of peace and relaxation. And guess what? When your body is deeply relaxed your immune system is boosted and your body is more able to heal itself.

These hour-long sessions are sure to be popular so book early to avoid disappointment.

Anna Finlay works as an Occupational Therapist, Sound Therapist & Reiki Practitioner. She has over 25 yrs experience in healthcare.

She has a natural curiosity towards healing in a more holistic setting and has trained as a Reiki Practitioner & Soft Tissue Massage Therapist. She has trained as a Sound Therapist with The College of Sound Healing & specialises in using the voice, gong & biosonic tuning forks for healing.

She looks forward to meeting you at her Sound Baths.

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
