Our bodies mirror how we’re feeling. If we can give ourselves a chance to heal from stress, we not only feel better but also protect our health in the long run.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to spot the early signs of stress-induced tension in your body, and how to release it with compassion and understanding.

You’ll explore gentle, meditative exercises to feel deeply peaceful and relieve all sorts of physical pains. You’ll also receive these helpful reminders written down for you to use at home. 

Claire is a mind-body practitioner who helps people to get free of stress-related symptoms, through self-understanding and gentle body-centred practices.  

This workshop comes with a quality assurance through our Quality Endorsed License via Open College Network. This means the workshop content and method of delivery meets educational high standards and you will receive a certificate at the end of the workshop.

For this event, we are trialling a NEW payment system that reflects our charitable status. The system gives you three options: Standard rate, Sponsor rate and Supported rate. Choose the rate that suits you and your current situation. The Isbourne strives to make our classes as accessible as possible. 

The Isbourne are asking all those attending in-house classes and events to please bring their own yoga mats, blankets, cushions and refreshments if required for what they are attending. We are unable to supply any of the listed items for the foreseeable future.
