IN-HOUSE: MEDITATION, MOVEMENT & YOGA NIDRA

Leah Robinson

Time out for you to reconnect, rejuvenate and relax.

We arrive through the breath, reconnecting to ourselves in the present moment in guided meditation. We rejuvenate the body and inspire new pathways in the body-mind through embodied yoga & organic mindful movement and then let go into deep relaxation for a half-hour yoga Nidra, gently stimulating and supporting the subconscious mind. There is also the opportunity to respond to the practices through journaling and or drawing. (Optional)

Creatively designed and lovingly held, you will feel refreshed and energized!

Please bring: A yoga mat, a blanket and pillow/cushion for yoga Nidra, water, paper and pencil/colours.

Online session available please follow the link: https://www.isbourne.org/events/online-meditation-movement-yoga-nidra-4

These sessions will be streamed live through Zoom. Those participating in person will not be seen by those online.

The Isbourne is asking all those attending in-house classes and events to please bring their own yoga mats, blankets, cushions and refreshments if required for what they are attending. We are unable to supply any of the listed items for the foreseeable future.

Due to social distancing guidelines, drop-in's can not be accommodated so please book in advance.

Please note: The Isbourne operates a minimum number policy. This means that if our minimum number is not met 24 hours before the session is scheduled to run, then we reserve the right to cancel the session. If you have paid a set fee for the cancelled session, you will get a full refund. Donations are non-refundable. We, therefore, advise customers to secure their place as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. The Isbourne’s minimum number policy is under the guidance of the tutor running the session. Thank you for your understanding.

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
