A women’s period and menstrual cycle is a reflection of overall health, it can be affected by all aspects of our lives, from what we eat and drink, to the work we do and how we manage stress. Many of us have got so use to feeling ‘off’ at certain points in our cycle, it becomes the norm. Feeling unable to imagine a life truly imbalance with our hormones we make do.
During this talk we will explore the foundations of a healthy menstrual cycle, focusing on how to balance our hormones, increase energy levels, improve sleep and mood, and how to optimise the menstrual cycle for fertility for those looking to conceive. We will discuss practical ways to look after ourselves through each phase of our cycle, from self-care to nutrition and more.
This talk is aimed at those who would like to learn more about how our hormones impact our daily lives; from how much energy we have, how we sleep, our weight, and how we feel about ourselves, and will cover the following areas..

- How to combat Pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS)

- Supporting fertility through improving your menstrual cycle
- Increasing energy levels
- Hormone imbalances
After this talk you will have a deeper understanding of how to start living more in tune with your menstrual cycle, practical advice that you can put into action straight away. Plus you will receive a free acupressure leaflet including points for helping balance the menstrual cycle.
